FOR HANDLING LOW TO HIGHEST VISCOSITY MATERIALS.

Our vat emptying systems - also referred to as two pillar RAM presses - are the basis for material handling. Different standard configurations are available for this purpose. Individual adjustments for customer-specific processes can also be implemented.

The vat emptying systems SKP can handle low to highest viscosity materials directly from the containers between 20l to 1000l.

  • Handling via scoop piston lower pump (SKP)
  • Handling directly from the containers
  • No hydraulics unit necessary
  • Handling volume 4.8l/min - 15.6 l/min or between 80 cm³ - 260 cm³ per double stroke (depending on the transmission ratio between scoop piston lower pump and air motor)
  • Ratio of initial pressure (material) and input pressure (air) from 11:1 to 72:1
