ATN Hölzel GmbH also offers extensive service management.
After handover of the systems or application technology, our trained and qualified service staff will attend to your systems and technology for the entire life cycle. Each system is delivered with preventive maintenance, spare part and wear part plans. We also prepare special service concepts, reliable and appropriate repairs and review for your systems.
System emergency service
The ATN service team is available to assist 24/7.

Spare parts service
If you have any queries or requests for spare parts or wear parts, our staff can be contacted by telephone from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday on:

Please have your customer, item, ATN project and ATN quote number ready wherever possible for requests.
System delivery also includes customer-specific training of staff in all system controls. We additionally offer you special training in ATN application technology products and processes. We will be glad to assist with general service and training requests.
