Our customers can choose from different nozzle cleaning systems in order to ensure a consistent and high quality gluing seam as well as to avoid component contaminations during the application process due to protruding residual materials.

The selection of a suitable nozzle cleaning system is based on the required additional functions (e.g. movability on the application tower) as well as available or required customer standards.

  • Roller thickness and width according to customer

  • Combination option of nozzle cleaning fleece dispenser and flushing on one workbench
  • Set-up on sliding system between flushing and nozzle cleaning fleece material for fixed application point
