Apprenticeships are an important step after completing schooling, and serve as an initial foothold in professional life. That’s why the industrial trade as well as the company you choose are important.

For ATN Hölzel GmbH, training young apprentices is one of the key cornerstones of securing specialists for the long-term and passing on our knowledge. We thus also place great emphasis on varied vocational training in which each apprentice goes through all the departments and processes relevant to their trade, to ensure they receive a well-rounded qualification. There are also targeted projects managed by our trained and experienced instructors. Over 80 boys and girls have completed their vocational training at ATN Hölzel GmbH since 1999.

After your apprenticeship at ATN Hölzel GmbH, you will be well equipped to kick start your career in your industrial trade. And you can of course do this with us. Because we train our apprentices with a view to employing them upon completion, after which you will continue to enjoy further opportunities for development and implementation. Whether it be a subsequent study course, advanced training or a job abroad – we offer a range of interesting options.

Work experience and holiday work

School students are also welcome to undertake work experience at ATN Hölzel GmbH, or gain a more intense, practical insight into a potential vocational trade or direction of study as part of holiday work.
