Application towers gluing

FOR THE APPLICATION OF GLUING ON ROBOT CONTROLLED COMPONENTS.

Our customers can choose from different designs for the application tower gluing. Fundamental difference is the application of individual gluing seams or for large scale application of several gluing seams on large components.

For application towers that apply individual gluing seams, there is a split into three different towers which differ mainly in the position of the application nozzle. The selection of the relevant application tower depends on the plant or the customer.

Depending on the type of application tower or depending on the plant, the addition of components such as dosing systems, nozzle cleaning or quality monitoring systems occur directly on the application tower or in the plant environment.
